I was so impressed how Seth and Richie walked me through the process of working with insurance, selecting the scope of the repairs, and then scheduling the construction day.  Even though we had to reschedule (can't work during a snowstorm, obviously), communication was excellent.  The crew finished the project in a day, and it looks great! Seth and ramos roofing helped me every step of the way. From initial inspection to dealing with the insurance company. Helped to understand what was needed and why for repairs. Richie’s communication was great, he was very patient with our timing, no high sales tactics, he worked with us, managed to get all of our work done in a very timely manor, and kept the job site clean! Richie and Ramos Roofing did an outstanding job on my new roof. There are so many companies out there, but after you talk to Richie you will instantly stop looking. He genuinely cares about your house like it’s his own. He communicates throughout the process and tries to get you a fair and honest price. Rob was awesome through the entire process. We were having trouble deciding what color siding and style to go with and he was a huge help to us. In May 2025, we hired Ramos Roofing in May to install a new roof + fascia/soffits + gutters on our large detached garage which had been expanded to add 2 additional bays; Seth was great to work with during the estimating phase and continued to be an excellent project manager throughout the prep & installation. The crew was timely and professional, and they left our property in good condition. Given our good experience on the roofing work, we hired Ramos again in September 2025 to install new vertical board & batten style vinyl siding on the same garage; once again, they were excellent to work with, Seth was great again, and they completed a quality siding installation on schedule for the agreed upon price. Ramos Roofing wasn’t the lowest quote but they were able to answer all my questions knowledgeably and proved themselves to be quality professionals through our numerous discussions & site visits prior to hiring them.
